Charming 2 bedroomed apartment, 50 square meters + a terrace of 26 square meters, mod cons, air-conditionning throughout and upscale facilities. 4-star apartment. Ideal location, near the Congress Palace Acropolis, the entire Nice is reachable by foot: sea, old town, Massena place, cinemas, theatres, stations and stores. Despite its very central location, it is quite quiet and its nice terrace with small garden allows farniente, reading or meal hearing songs of birds. It is directly accessible through the kitchen and the living room. Ideal for delegates, retired persons and couple. Non smoking, no pets. Thank you for your visite and have a good holiday if you choose to rent this property.
