Renovated ancient farmhouse in the town of Peglio, 20 kilometres from Urbino, where is a bed and breakfast. The villa,accommodating 6 or 7 guests, is composed of 3 bedrooms (2 with en-suite bathroom, 1 bathroom in the floor), a large living-room dining-room with fireplace and a fully furnished kitchen with fireplace. The entire house is decorated with period furniture and it is bright and nicely-ventilated during the hot summer months. The living-room opens with a beautiful patio to a lovely garden overlooking the valley of the Metauro River. Parking is also provided near the villa. Around the villa there are other houses; near the house there is a grocery, a pharmacy and other stores. In Urbania, distant 4 kilometres, there are many restaurants, supermarkets, banks, a cinema, a theatre, a riding school, two schools of Italian language for foreigners and one ceramics school.
