One bedroom 38 sqm air-climated ideally nestled down the 'San Peyre' Mount between Cannes and the golden Corniche. Enjoy the calm exotic garden with private pool with balneo. Leave your car in the parking stand closed by an electric iron gate, and walk within 5 mn to a sand beach and the village with all retail stores. You will also find an hypermarker 0.5 mile from the villa. Air conditionned apartment for 4 people entirely renovated with private terrace heading South, a large glass bay opened on the pool, living room with sofa bed, large TV + DVD, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, large fridge with separate freezer, 4 ring ceramic hob, microwave. Sheets, towels and cleaning included. On the sea side : Sailing school, nautic ski, jet-ski On the sport side : 3 golf course, tennis On the nature side : Direct access to Estérel, Tanneron and San Peyre Mount. In winter time, Mandelieu becomes the Mimosa capital.
