Set in the heart of Cathar coutry, between Carcassonne and Foix, this attractive, modern villa enjoys a private, fenced and heated swimming pool and lovely far reaching views over the surrounding countryside. It stand on the edge of a small hamlet in spacious grounds. The modern, well-equipped interior offers comfortable furnishings and décor and fittings of a very good standard. The nearby town of Mirepoix is famous for its beautifully preserved medieval town centre and cathedral. Now a lively place, it offers concerts and festivals throughout the summer, as well as bars, restaurants and a weekly market. There are many Cathar castles to visit, including Montségur, as well as the beautiful walled city of Carcassonne and for those travelling by air, the airport is also within easy reach.....
