Very calm and residential district. Shops: in the centre of the village (butchery, bakery.) or at the commercial centre (Carrefour) 4 km away from the house. Montpelier downtown is 10 km away. The seaside is 25 km away. The first beaches are Carnon and Palavas, but it's advisable to drive to the Espiguette Beach, near "Le Grau du Roi", much wilder, or to drive West towards "Le Cap d'Agde" for snorkeling or water sports A lot of water activities are available just around the house: kayak, rafting, canoeing. There are a lot of marvellous sites to be seen just around (Cathare area, wineward, caves). Booklets are at you disposal in the house. Golf (Coulondres): 2 km away. Tennis: in the centre of the village Squash: 4 km away. Horse riding: 3 km away. Cinemas: in the center of Montpellier
