The living room is very bright and comfortable with his large windows, his sofa and armchairs deep ... This is an ideal house for resting and having various activities: - Make walks in the mountains, reach the pastures or climb on the tops of Bauges mountains, - Take advantage of the Annecy Lake, with its many beaches or to go sailing and water skiing, - Ride a bicycle on the bike path (over 40km from Annecy to Albertville: Giez is right in the20middle) or on the Forclaz or Tamié passes (for the good runners) - Do paragliding over Annecy Lake from the site of Col de la Forclaz - Or play golf on the golf of Giez-Lac d'Annecy: the 18-hole Belvedère, (Green card level) and the Castors course (9 holes and practice) to learn and progress - And many other things : see our web site!

The village: Giez is a small quiet village located on the ground of the 'massif des Bauges'. It is just in front of 'la Tournette', the highest summit of the edge of the lake of Annecy. The Mont Blanc can be seen from the house. The character of our house comes from its history: it was an orange grove! It was recently reorganised with all the comfort that can be wished. It is situated in a quiet and privileged environment. The site dominates the picturesque village of Giez, 200 metres far from the 'Golf de Giez - Lac d'Annecy'. A big private garden surrounds the house, including a part which is reserved for you. You will have here space, peace of mind and holidays at your own rhythm!   • The bedrooms: Two rooms can be found on the second floor. One has a domestic bed, the other has two bunk beds. The whole space under height became a room separated in two parts, with twice two bed. Rental of linen is possible (the pair plus pillowcase): 7 euros per week for a bed for 1 person (single beds are 90 x 200 cm) 10 euros per week for domestic bed (160 x 200 cm) 5 euros per week for a set of towels All beds have duvets and are equipped with slatted and with good and with recent mattresses bed.
