House in the country 100m from village, panoramic view of Ostriconi valley + sea. Terrace where you can dine or sunbath and enjoy the view of Monte Cinto, Corsica's highest point (2710m). Nearby: tennis, natural spring (water good for Pastis), footpaths, one of which leads to the neighbouring village of Urtaca (40min walk). Little lanes take you to the village centre with 2 bars + 3 restaurants. For swimming choose between the river (Asco valley 9 miles), beaches (Ostriconi, Lozari) or luxury heated pool (essential out of season). Enjoy the resort at Isle-Rousse. Ideal holiday for families or couples. Location of medieval village allows you to visit Corsica, and to enjoy kayaking (Ponte Leccia May-Jun), rafting, sea canoeing, windsurfing, catamaran and walking. Join in the cultural shows: Jazz Festival (Calvi), Film Festival (Lama), Guitar Night (Patrimonio), Porto Latino (St Florent) and take the themed walks: Artisans walk, wine walk, nature reserve. (Rental possible Sun to Sun)
