A wonderful and recently built country house with approximately 200 m2, placed in Lagos, Vélez-Málaga (Axarquía) 1 km far from the beach and 2 km far from Torrox-Costa. It is built on a hill surrounded by a 3 ha rustic land with beautiful views to the sea and the mountain. There is an easy access to the N-340 road through a 2 km track. It is 2-5 km far from several sandy beaches and restaurants, supermarkets and shopping-centres. The house and parking space are situated in a closed area of about 600 m2 within the 3 ha land in which the house is placed. The house consists of two floors: Ground floor: a spacious, independent and fully equipped kitchen. A 40 m2 living-room with four sofas: two of them are sofa beds together with a 0.90 m bed which is placed in a discreet place within the room. One bedroom with a double bed. Bath-room with a shower and porch that faces the South. Heating: The house has an environmentally friendly modern chimney that is easy to use. It is electronically regulated and gets a great calorific potential: 13.500 kcal. First floor: One bedroom with a comfortable double bed. Two bedrooms with three for three people with a double bed and a single bed. Each bedroom has a individual and equipped bath-room. The triple bedrooms have a direct exit to the solarium. Beautiful views from all the rooms. It is a comfortable and spacious house for eight people, but even twelve people could stay here. Terrestrial and satellite 28" TV. Swimming-pool (10x4). Big barbacue between the house and the pool. Sunloungers, exterior tables and chairs. Intense lighting in the barbacue and pool area.
