Photos and Description of this La-Croix-Valmer holiday villa

The villa is near the top of a hill facing southwest towards the sea. There is a fantastic view of the sea, the islands off the coast and wooded hills. The sunsets are stunning. At night time the lights of the port of Cavalaire reflect on the sea in the distance. Two kilometres away there is a 5 kilometre long sandy beach which shelves gently into the sea. There are several other beaches nearby including the famous Gigaro beach (5km). The hilltop villages of Gassin, Ramatuelle and Grimaud are nearby. It is a bungalow in a quiet area of nice houses. The views are spectacular. It has a private garden of 1542m2 (0.38 acres). Much of the garden is quite sloping and lightly wooded. The kitchen is modern and has a fridge freezer, microwave and dishwasher. There is separate a utility area with a washing machine and dryer. The main bedroom has a double bed and patio doors. The second bedroom (sleeping 4 if necessary) has bunk beds and a separate bed with a sliding bed underneath.
