Welcome to 138 Pompano Beach in Kissimmee, Florida. Situated in the prestigious gated resort community of Terra Verde, is this beautifully appointed 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom family town home. The house is situated on the edge of a 3 acre spring-fed lake, and sleeps 8 persons, with multiple parking for large families or groups. Wonderful lake view with private courtyard featuring a secluded hot tub. This home provides comfort and freedom that cannot be found in a hotel room. Accommodating 8 people comfortably, the master bedroom features a queen size bed, TV and private bathroom with a lake view; the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms feature 2 twin beds in each. There is a sofa-bed in the lounge: high-chairs / cots / playpens etc. are available. The living room is equipped with a TV and DVD player, so everyone in the family can enjoy some down time! Really nice house, great holiday

Good location and ideal for the theme parks and getting around. A car is a must to get to pretty much anywhere except the clubhouse which is about 2 mins walk. The nearest walmart/shopping center is only 4 mins away by car. very handy.

House was clean, tidy and more than big enough for the 4 of us. Terra Verde complex is well kept and far enough from the mainstream tourist attractions to relax in the evenings.

Overall excellent value for money and hassle free.

Great Townhome

We just arrived home after spending five days at this townhome. This is our second time staying at Terra Verde, and we love it more each time we stay here. This was our first time staying at this townhome and we were very happy with it.

The owner was very responsive with answering any questions that I had and was very prompt with returning emails. The townhome was very cleaned, plenty of dishes and utensils, as well as pots and pans for cooking. The hot tub was in working order and looked to be well maintained. We had no problems with this townhome. There is not a grill at this townhome due to people not taking care of them, so if you plan to grill out, I would suggest bringing one or getting one from Wal-Mart (which is less that 7 minutes from townhome).

Another thing that I want to mention is that there was a notebook/binder located in main sitting area full of information and helpful hints for individuals that were from other countries. I found this to be a very thoughtful gesture. We will be staying here again in the future and are already looking to book our next vacation.

Highly Recomended, Great Value and location

We had a very enjoyable stay at this terra verde townhome, its a great location for the theme parks and it is just off the 192 with many restaurants and attractions very close by. I'd recommend the golden coral buffet nearby on the 192 as it was a favorite with the kids.

We were very happy with the house…..everything we needed plus a wonderful view of the lake from the patio. We all enjoyed a well deserved relaxing time in the hot tub after a busy day at the parks. It was very quiet and relaxing at the resort which was a great contrast to disney land! We would definitely stay here again. The resort is well maintained and the staff very helpful. Free wireless internet at the clubhouse also came in handy :-)

Family Vacation

Somewhat disappointed in the condition of the condo. The hot tub never was hot, the blinds in the two bedrooms facing east were missing slats. Nobody using these bedrooms could sleep in the morning, as the sun came pouring into the room. The carpet needed cleaning, walls needed painting. Not a single pan provided to use for the oven. The "king bedroom" advertised on the website was a queen size at best. All beds were basic quality, somewhat what you would find in a college dorm. Very uncomfortable.

The best part of staying here was the clubhouse and location, very nice. Fairly close to Disney World parks.
Owner's Response: We appreciate feedback from out guests and we were very concerned to read these comments. We would like to address each in turn.

Each guest is given the contact number of our excellent property manager, Steve, and they are advised to contact him directly with any questions regarding our town home.

The problem with the hot tub was reported promptly to Steve by the next guests and the faulty fuse found and replaced.

The catch on the missing slat on the bedroom blind is being replaced.

The carpets are kept very clean and Steve does not understand this comment. They are steam cleaned regularly.

According to Steve, there were some minor scuff marks on the stairway inadvertently caused by guest suitcases. These are cleaned regularly.

The kitchen is well equipped and we have instructed Steve to purchase extra items and to replace any missing items. We aim to cater for all needs.

The double bed size may have more to do with our British concept of a large bed. The bed would certainly qualify as 'kingsize' in the UK. This is the first time any guest has adversely commented on the beds in the property.

Please be reassured that we always respond to any issues raised by our guests and do our utmost to ensure that they are happy and comfortable. If there is a problem, guests need to contact us or our very helpful property manager Steve, who is just a phone call away.

We look forward to you being one of our many satisfied guests who have enjoyed their stay in our lovely home at Terra Verde.

Wonderful house, beautiful lake view, everything we needed for a family holiday, particularly liked the location very close to all the theme parks and amenities.

The house was clean and well maintained. The owners were easy to deal with too.

Highly recommended. We will be going back in a year or two.
