Separate stone house, south-facing opposite to the forest, quiet in a hamlet. A field of 2500 sqm separates the house from the forest and has a badminton set. The pool is below the house, completely fenced. The terrace with barbecue and garden furniture is protected by the oaks' shadow. The house of the owner is near, different access and swimming pool. It has a table-tennis table, a French billiard, a weights room and a sauna; the all can be at the use of the tenants of the gite

Location: Banne in France

The hamlet of Pigere is part of Banne, small commune located 4 km away by a little road typically of the Ardeches. It is located 6 km away from Les Vans, small town or big village, offering all ordinary shops, a market on Saturday morning, church, temple, banks, post office, cinema, etc... and 13 km away from Besseges, which offers the same characteristics. Near Les Vans flows the Chassezac, tributary of the Ardeche. Its gorges are visited by the amateurs of canoe who steer clear of the too large frequenting of the Ardeche in summer period. Vallon-Pont-d'Arc and Ruoms are within 20 km away.

The 4 other sleeps, a double trundle bed of 80x190cm and a sofa bed of 130x190cm are in the living room of 40 sqm, which is also composed of the television-sitting area (with DVD player) and the kitchen area (with washing machine, dish washer, 4 gas ring stove, mini-oven and microwave, fridge with freezer compartment). The access to the shower room is from the living space. Two south-facing French windows give a nice luminosity.

The swimming pool, 10mx5m, a 1.6m depth, is below and in front of the accommodation and the terrace, south-facing, safe from looks, with solar heating system invisible from the beach. The cleaning products are in the technical locale.
