A comfortable, well furnished and equipped house surrounded by a large garden in a lovely calm location a short stroll from Creysse village and the beautiful river Dordogne. The house sleeps 4 or 5 and the adjoining studio sleeps 2. All bedrooms are air-conditioned. Available all year round, the house has a wood-burning stove and gas central heating for cooler months of the year. Parking. Linen supplied. Unlimited Wifi broadband internet access. An excellent base for exploring the many interesting historical, architectural and natural sites nearby.

Location: Lot in France

Situated in the heart of the valley of the Dordogne within the department of Lot. Within easy reach of the lovely villages of the valley such as Carennac, Loubressac and Autoire as well as, a little further afield, Souillac and medieval Sarlat to the west, Cahors and Brive to the south and north respectively, and Bretenoux and Beaulieu-sur-Dordogne to the east. Rocamadour is only 20 minutes away and the famous Gouffre of Padirac is even nearer. Combine a trip to St Cirq Lapopie with a visit to see the cave paintings of Pech-Merle as well as the towpath on the Lot at Bouziès.
