Semi-detached villa, well-maintained inside and out. Bright and comfortable rooms. The living room opens onto 2 terraces and the garden. The house is in a quiet spot surrounded by greenery. Ideal location for golf lovers. From the terrace you can see the tee-off for hole 7 and the lake. If you don't play golf you will enjoy walking the paths of the course or admiring the splendid villas. Seignosse's beaches are nearby and are ideal for surfing, swimming or lazing around. If you want to do a bit of sport, there are several cycle routes which lead from the villa to Bayonne to the south or Bassin d'Arcachon to the north. There is also Hosegor lake where you can swim and sail: great for young children. In Seignosse, near the sea, is Atlantic Parc.

Location: Seignosse in France

Seignosse seaside resort in the south-west of France is right in the middle of the largest forest in Europe, in Landes, a 12 hour drive from the Pyrenees. 96 miles from Bordeaux, 18 miles from DAX and BAYONNE, 50 miles from SAINT SEBASTIEN in Spain and 65 miles from Pau. Hossegor and Capbreton border the area. Capbreton is a fishing port and pleasure harbour with fresh fish every day. Seignosse beaches are ideal for surfing. Gastronomy plays an important role in Landais life: local produce is varied and good quality. Landais cuisine includes foie gras, confit, poultry, asparagus, kiwis, Armagnac and wines. Lots of sites to visit.
