An apartment within a top of the range property, charming décor, very spacious and calm. This place promises a dream holiday, perched just above the Atlantic Ocean, opposite the Bordelais vineyards. Climb down to your private cave in the afternoon for a spot of sunbathing and privacy. Built just a stone's throw from the market, beach, town centre, harbour and various restaurants. Visit the Mattata or Regulus caves nearby, the numerous Gallo-Roman sites, the green valley, Talmont, Cognac with its wine cellars, Cordouan lighthouse or La Rochelle, or pass the day in the Dordogne region. If you like fishing or water sports, you'll find all sorts of activities going on in the region which you'll love. Family activities include sea fishing, Catmaran crossings, diving, sailing and surfing, or simply sand castles and crab fishing. A luxury apartment with a sea view and access to the coast, built on the Gironde estuary in Meschers sur Gironde. Located 500m from the town centre and perched on the top of the cliffs. Nones beach is just next door. 10 min from Royan via the ring road or 90 min from Bordeaux, Rochefort, La Rochelle, Ile d'Oleron and Ile de Ré by dual carriageway or motorway. Cognac and its surrounding vineyards are 45 min drive away, as are the Bordelais vineyards and Dordogne region with its chateaux and foie gras. Paris is just 5 hours away along the motorway.

  • Each bedroom is between approx. 12 and 18 m2. Traditional, local decor. The bedding was bought in 2006 and is only used during the summer. All rooms have 140 cm wide beds with pillows and bolster cushions. Each has a window or a roof window more a jalousie window into the dining room.
