  • Long term rental available from 5 Sept 2011 until May 2012 at a rate of 1100.-E per month plus utilities (electricity, gas, telephone, Internet). Rental of Polo Golf car also negotiable.
  • A 30% deposit is required to secure your reservation with the balance payable 6 weeks before the start of your holiday. End cleaning is 120Euros. Electricity, water, and gas are included except for long term rentals. All linen and towels are included except beach/pool towels. A refundable damage deposit 300Euros or 250 sterling pounds is payable at check in and will be refunded in exchange for the keys.

There is also a twin bedroom with its own bathroom located across the passage. This brand new bathroom features a stunning stone shower and vanity. Downstairs there are 2 more large bedrooms with a large shared bathroom. There is also a large living area with TV which makes an ideal play area for children or chill out room for teenagers. The pretty casita is situated off the pool area. It has a private patio and en-suite bathroom and is ideal for grandparents or those who prefer more privacy.

Notes: This is our private family home and therefore beautifully furnished and equipped to the highest standards. The villa is situated in a serene and peaceful location and is private and not overlooked. The villa has a spacious floor plan with large windows, high ceilings and plenty of light. Since there are 4 bathrooms plus an outside casita, this villa is ideal for couples, 2 families or one large extended family. The garden has plenty of trees and lush vegetation. There are areas of sun and shade for all. Enjoy a glass of wine admiring the incredible views over the orange and almond groves in the valley from the upstairs terrace or down by the pool. The private 5X10m pool has Roman steps as well as a ladder in the deep end. There is a large covered naya for dining or to escape the sun. For the children, there is an outdoor table tennis table and swing set. There is a local shop and restaurant within walking distance. This is truly a home away from home for your idyllic holiday.

Javea: Javea has something to offer everyone: beaches and coves, cultural and historical sites to visit and wonderful walks. The town is divided into three distinct sections. There is the old town, with its narrow cobbled streets and its monuments of Spanish history and culture. The town has a rich culinary tradition which has been entirely preserved and which can be sampled, in the form of 'Tapas', in most bars of the town. The port area is still a working fishing port and is a delightful place to visit with its mixture of fish markets and seafront bars and cafes. Every year, Jávea´s beaches are awarded the blue flag of the European Union. The bustling 'Arenal' beach offers fine sand and shallow waters, nice play areas for children, restaurants, cafés, shops and ample parking facilities.

Outings: Within only 25 minutes drive there are three theme parks in Benidorm: Terra Mitica Theme Park, Aqualandia Water park with super-slides and Mundomar (animal park, dolphins, seals etc.). The new Science & Oceanographic (5000 different fish) parks at Valencia is worth a trip. The terrain of the Montgo and Jalon valleys provide the perfect environment for walking. The waterfalls at the Fonts d'Algar are a 30 minute drive from the villa. The hilltop town of Guadalest a scenic hour away. Ibiza and Majorca are both just a short ferry ride away with crossings leaving Denia harbour daily. During the summer there are many wonderful fiestas to see.

Golf Information: The La Sella Golf Resort is a 5 minute drive away. This 18 hole championship golf course offers a well balanced course for all levels of players. Set in the scenic environment of the Montgo Valley, this 18 hole course is lined with almond ,orange and lemon trees. Booking in advance is required. The resort also has a lovely club house and good restaurant. Other courses in the area include the 9 hole course at the Javea Golf Club, which is a 15 minute drive and the 18 hole course at the Club de Golf Oliva Nova 30 minutes away.

Best holiday ever!

With our large extended family of 10, it has always been a struggle to find a villa that suits everyone. This villa had everything we needed - a separate apartment with en suite bathroom for the grandparents, 3 bedrooms and a massive playroom for the 6 kids and a super master suite with private terrace for ourselves. 4 bathrooms was ideal! The kids thoroughly enjoyed the spacious garden and great pool area and we loved the terrace and pool with the views.

First class holiday home

We are 3 families who stayed here in the summer 09. The villa was spacious and the garden and pool huge so we spent most of the holiday at the house. Everyone had their own space which is definitely necessary when you are such a large group. We had such a good time we are coming back again. Highly recommend this villa!

Ideal holiday!

We have been coming to Javea for many years and this ranks as the best villa we have rented. The location is quiet and peaceful with stunning views, yet still only a 5 minute drive to the beach. The villa is spacious and loved the fact that our 4 teenagers had the downstairs bedrooms and their own living area. The pool is lovely and large and we enjoyed many a meal on the upstairs terrace. We will be back.

Perfect family holiday

We had a fantastic holiday here at Casa Fenix. We were 2 families with 6 children. The villa is large and spacious and equipped with everything one could need. The views are quite breath taking and we loved our meals on the terrace . The kids had a fantastic time in the garden and pool. In fact we were so comfortable at the villa we tended to stay at the villa than go to the beach many days. We have booked to come back again!

Beautiful villa

We stayed with our family in this lovely villa set high on the Montgo mountain with fantastic views over the valley. The house was very well equipped with lots of space and super pool area. The sea was about 8 minutes away which was very easy to get to.
We had a very happy stay in this house and will definitely go back and stay there again.
There were three restaurants within 5 minutes of the house and a supermarket at the bottom of the hill.
