Photos and Description of this Nice holiday apartment

The apartment is located on the fifth and final floor of a small building called "Résidence Comte de Falicon" in a 2000m2 wooded park with children's play area and parking. The building is secure and has surveillance. To enter with a car you need a permit and if entering on foot you need a code. The flat is usually lived in by the owner, who will leave when the guests arrive. Therefore it is ready to be lived in. The space to rent is pleasant. The kitchen is complete with new appliances inc. oven, hob, washer-dryer, dishwasher, and new fridge. Plenty of utensils and crockery provided. In the living room diner there is a 52" TV with lots of channels, DVD player and stereo. In one bedroom there is a PC with internet and printer. There are large patio doors in the dinning room which open onto the balcony where a table can be placed in the summer. All windows are double-glazed and sliding.

Location: Nice in France

On the northern outskirts of NICE, near the motorway. Just outside the building you will find a tram stop and a large, indoor public pool and small paddling pool. The tramway can take you to the town centre in 8 minutes. Within a minute's walk of the apartment there is a Provencal market, supermarket, small shops, medical centre and pharmacy. 15 min walk to the town centre. Easy access to the motorway to either Cannes or Monaco and Italy.

The apartment is available for a week at a time from 2pm Saturday until 10am the following Saturday. Outside the summer months extra nights can be added. The apartment must be returned to the owner in clean condition.It must be in a suitable state for the next guests to arrive. 50 EUR will be charged if cleaning is not done (this arrangement can also be agreed in advance).

  • Charges included
  • Damage deposit : 500 €
  • Advance payment : 33% of the rental price.
  • Reservation deposit : 30% of the rental price.
  • After a booking has been made over the phone or by post, thirty percent of the overall cost is payable by cheque when returning the signed tenancy agreement. The balance is payable on arrival and we require a safety deposit of 500 EUR (in the form of a cheque which we will not cash unless the apartment or its contents are damaged. This will be returned when you leave). NB Cleaning is the responsibility of the guests, but a cheque for 50 EUR is taken on arrival just in case. This is not cashed and returned when you leave, if the apartment is left in a good condition. Bedding and towels are provided only on request and cost 30 EUR (bedding) and 30 EUR (towels). Cats and dogs welcome for a fee of 30 EUR.
