This traditional stone Quercynoise barn has been renovated and modernised to provide a perfect family holiday. The ensemble consists of four self contained, comfortably furnished and fully equipped cottages set in beautiful private grounds with stunning views across the surrounding countryside. The cottages share a lovely pool (fenced and alarmed) with decking, sun terrace and loungers and there is table tennis, boules, volleyball/ badminton, football and a play area for small children. The covered communal barbeque area overlooks the pool for relaxed evenings in the setting sun. Each of the gites has its own small terrace furnished for outside dining. The kitchens are fully equipped with oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher and fridge. The individual gites offer different accommodation ranging from 2-7* persons. For larger parties we offer a discount when booking more than one gite. Breakfast and evening meals are available by arrangement. For short stays & long lets please enquire.

This gite is arranged on one level with views towards pool and valley. It is approx. 35 square metres and has one double bedroom, a shower room with wc. The kitchen/dining/living room is open plan and there is a double sofa bed in the lounge area.

The Dordogne river and all its attractions is just 12 kilometres to the north with canoes and fishing. Domme, Le Roc Gageac, Beynac, Le Bugue and Rocamadour are all within a short drive. Sarlat with its lively saturday market is 25 kilometres to the north and the medieval walled town of Gourdon with its own weekly market is 13 kilometres to the east. The area is famous for its gastronomic delights, foie gras, goats cheese and the world famous Cahors wine and the cosmopolitan town of Cahors is 30 minutes by car. The pretty village of Salviac is just 3 kilometres, and has everything for your daily requirements, baker, butcher, bank, post office, mini supermarket bars and restaurants. Tennis, golf and horse riding are available nearby. The property has direct access onto many miles of marked paths and routes for off road cycling and walking.

  • Please note that a heating supplement will apply for winter lets, low season lets and some mid season lets. This supplement is payable on arrival, POA. For winter lets we require a security deposit equal to one months rent. All other tenancies will be subject to a security deposit of 250 euro
    Tea and coffee are available in your gite for your arrival. We will be happy to provide further items on request. Meals are availlable by prior arrangement for all dates, except during high season. Breakfast is charged at 5 euro per person, evening meal at 20 euro per person. All dietary requirements catered for. Packed lunches can also be arranged.
