In the mill, a 5mx10m swimming pool excavated in the rocks. Surrounded by red and round pebbles. Comfortable deck chairs and umbrellas help you enjoy peace in the middle of nature. Hiking paths cross the forests nearby. Forget your car except for shopping at Vigan?s super market, 10 mn away, or the city market. The mill's surface is 185m2. 4 bedrooms, 1 accommodates 6 children in original and colourful area. Kitchen with all household appliances, refrigerator, semi-professional cooker with 5 stoves and high capacity oven. 2 large terraces, 1 at the east, 1 at the west. 2 outdoor lounges, 1 of teak, enable you to enjoy outdoor life. Beautiful bicentennial stone house. Television with TPS subscription. Telephone, no internet. New colourful IKEA furnishing, nice linen. St Andre de Majencoules is Cevennes?s capital of the sweet onion.

  • There are 2 bathrooms, one of them, entirely white, has a round bathtub. The other one, entirely blue, is tiled with swimming pool tiles. Both of them have WC inside. On the bottom floor next to the living room, there is a third WC with washbasin. All completely new. The mill is connected to a private water-spring. The water is filtered and processed with ultraviolet rays to flow pure like Evian water that fills in the swimming pool. Rare and amazing.

  • 2 bedrooms have 1 bed of 160 cm. 1 bedroom has 1 bed of 140cm. The fourth bedroom has high ceiling, a mezzanine, wooden floor, and it is very bright. It has six beds and its surface is of more than 40m2. On the walls, there are many Egyptian types of wallpaper with geometric patterns. The floor is either wooden, or it has carpet depending on the bedroom. One of them has direct view to the mill's swimming pool.
