Fully equipped open-plen kitchen with oven, microwave, induction hobs, fridge and freezer. There is also a washing machine, a dryer and a ski locker. Private garden and a boot washer. A free shuttle is available 3 minutes away.

Chamonix is a renowned place for skiing and mountaineering located at the foot of the Mont-Blanc and the Aiguille du Midi cable car. The Geneva airport is at a 1-hour drive. The ski domain is very vast with among others the slopes of Brévent, La Flégère, Grand Montets and those of the Houches where the world ski championship events take place. Chamonix is the world capital of mountaineering and owns a very famous climbing school. There are lots of well-demarcated hiking trails, so you can go hiking and sleep in a refuge. A tennis club and an 18-hole golf course are less than 1 km away from the property. Chamonix is close to Switzerland, more particularly the city of Martigny where important artistic exhibitions take place every year. Italy is nearby thanks to the Mont-Blanc tunnel. Tourist activities go on all year round. There are many restaurants, shops, movie theaters, spas and a casino.
