The country house is completely surrounded by green vineyard and century-old olive trees. It is 300 m above the sea-level in a very quiet and relaxing area.
In the past there was a stone-made room with a well to contain rain water. Now the house is composed by a double-bedroom, 2 bedrooms with 2 twin-beds each, an ancient stone-made room with colour TV where it's possible to add another bed or even 2 in case of need, 2 complete bathrooms with WC, bidet, sink and shower and a new washing-wachine in one bathroom, a kitchen with fireplace and dish-washer.
Outside there's a shower and a wood oven. There are also 2 verandas: one with garden chairs and table, and the other one for private parking, a large square and a 50 m avenue that leads to the asphalt road Ostuni-Martina Franca.
The whole garden is completely enclosed and the house is on the supervision of private police.
The house is situated in the centre of the most important touristic zone of Puglia (Trulli valley) and it is 9 Kms away from Ostuni, called ' The white city and queen of olive trees'; it is 12 Kms away from Martina Franca (city of art, known all over the world for its festival of Valle D'Itria held by the middle of July on). The nebarest town is Cisternino known as one of the nicest historic centre in Italy for its spontaneous architecture.
Near the house, just 300 m, there's a market open all year.
The Adriatic sea is 15 Kms away and the Ionic sea is 40 Kms away. The nearest airport is in Brindisi, 35 Kms away and the airport in Bari is 75 Kms away. It is possible to collect our guests from the airport.
Other important cities are: Taranto, capital of Magna Grecia, where there's the National museum, Lecce, city of art, famous for the baraque style and the Roman amphitheatre called 'the Florence of the south' for its artistic and architectural beauties.
