It's located near 30 minutes from Lisbon airport in a town called Cascais next to the sea. Perfect to enjoy Cascais, the marina and sun walks to Guincho. A beautifully decorated apartment, 10 minutes from Cascais Marina and 10 minutes - walking distance from the historical centre away. Near the beach where you can do wind surfing and just simple surfing or body board. Super walks by the Atlantic Ocean, super restaurants around the place. Shut condominium so no robberies and pool and garden just for the tenants. A really good atmosphere. The apartment has a garage for 2 cars and a storage cabin.

Beach: The beach near the apartment is the Guincho beach with lots and lots of white sand and a beautiful view over the cliffs and the Atlantic Ocean. Idael for windsurfing and surfing.

Town: Situated in an old fishing village 30 minutes away from Lisbon this small town is near all the important museums and places to visit in central Portugal. You will be able to find all kinds of restaurants for all tastes and for all purses. You can also find night life, and bars, all over the place. Best fresh fish and seafood in Europe. You have night life and bars and you are situated near the marina and near the centre of the town.

Golf: You have a lot of golf clubs in a matter of minutes Quinta da Marinha Golf Club. Penha Longa Golf Club, Lagoa Azul Golf Club.

Schöne geräumige Wohnung in einer guten, sehr gepflegten Wohnanlage. Die zentrale Lage erlaubt es in 10 - 15 Minuten zu Fuß das Zentrum von Cascais zu erreichen. Die Wohnung ist im 2. Obergesschoss der Wohnanlage gelegen und ist vom Grundriss her gut geschnitten. Trotz der herrschenden Außentemparaturen von über 30 Grad war es in der Wohnung während unseres Aufenthaltes sehr angenehm kühl. Die Balkone der Wohnung bieten ebenfalls viel Platz zum Sitzen. Gartenmöbel waren vorhanden. Auch der zur Wohnanlage gehörende swimming-pool ist sehr zu empfehlen.
Wir werden wiederkommen! Keine Frage!
