Villa Mimosa is a very large well equipped villa, with large private swimming pool. It is set in a quiet residential area close to the Granadella Forest and Beach. There are 5 more beaches in the area all within a 5 minute drive from the house. Locally there are shops,bars and restaurants. The large plot is well fenced and gated so very child friendly. The villa has 2 kitchens and 2 lounges. A large BBQ area and enough parking for 3 cars. It has a very peaceful atmosphere, but is only minutes away from the sandy child safe Arenal beach with plenty of restaurants, bars, shops and a nightly market.
