This designer furnished waterfront home is located on a 200' canal with sunset views. Sit in the covered lanai and throw some food on the Jen Air grill, mix some drinks and relax, this quiet neighbourhood is just what you need. Jump in the Hot Springs Spa or go for a swim in the heated pool. It features 5 bedrooms and 4 full baths and a whole house music system. The gourmet kitchen has granite countertops, SS appliances and wood cabinets. Relax on the leather sofa in the entertainment room with a wide screen TV, surround sound stereo, DVD, VHS and a wet bar. Each bedroom has cable TV and the master bedroom and children's room also have DVD. Your 21' 2005 Hurricane deck boat is also available, cruise to Sanibel and Captiva Islands or watch the dolphins and manatees on the Caloosahatchee River.

Your boat is kept on a lift at your dock and upon your arrival we take you on a short tour (1-2 hours) to show you all needed instruction like safety features, marinas, shallow water areas and canal/river markers. If you’re a golfer, you can play any of the more than 50 golf courses in our area. Restaurants and shopping are just minutes away. The beaches are just 20 minutes by car. Amenities: Fully furnished with 3000 square foot air conditioned vacation home with a heated pool and a Hot Springs Spa. The covered lanai has a Jen Air grill and an ice maker. Patio furniture includes two tables, 6 chairs and 2 lounge chairs. The entertainment room includes a wide screen TV with surround sound stereo, DVD and VHS. There is cable TV in all bedrooms and DVD in the Master and children's rooms. Bicycles and fishing equipment are also available. You have high speed internet (cable modem).
