The magnificently designed 2-bedroom (1Queen, 2twins) condominium in Indian Rocks Beach, Florida is directly on the beach. The split bedroom plan offers privacy. There is a romantic master bedroom and guest quarters with twin beds. Plush linens, towels, and fragrant toiletries are included. Our villa/condo includes large sitting/dinning area with ample seating and dining table for 5, and extra counter seating. There is an equipped self-catering kitchen- refrigerator/stove/oven. The condominium is fully furnished with sofa bed, lounge chairs, desk/bookshelf in living area. There is a family room with TV/DVD/VCR, board games and video library. Beach towels and beach chairs are included. Washer and dryer are available in the villa. You have all you need for a wonderful stay. This is a nature lover's paradise with crystal clear, white sandy beach and ocean views. Take a stroll along the seashore, view stunning sunsets, or just enjoy the Gulf breeze. Swimming and shelling are encouraged.

This cottage is centrally located in the heart of Indian Rocks Beach between Clearwater Beach and St. Petersburg Beach. We're across the street from world famous 'Crabby Bills Restaurant'. Walk to gourmet seafood restaurants, grocery/ convenience store, beach shops, and boutiques. Take a local beach trolley to Pier 60 or Clearwater beach activities. You can take such activities as fishing, biking, miniature golf, golfing, jet-skiing, swimming and shelling. There are 30 minutes to Busch Gardens, 30 minutes to Tampa International Airport, 90 minutes to Disney/Epcot/Universal Studios, and 20 minutes to Honeymoon Island/ Caledesi Beach area.

This is a nice apartment, but really suffers from a busy and very noisy road outside. Unless you are a particularly heavy sleeper, you may find sleeping difficult due to the motorbikes going up and down the road.
However, it is in a good location with restaurants and attractions nearby. The beach has very easy access, although the apartment description may be misunderstood as offering sea-views - there are none from this particular condo. The beach is lovely.

We styed in Jult 2007 and this was a very nice condo will everything you need (including beach cahirs. Although you do not have a direct view of the ocean from the condo, all you have to do is walk outdise, and there it is. We had a great family vacation. You are close to many places to go for the day (St Pete's Beach, Clearwater, Tampa....) We look forward to staying here again! Ondria Stricklin
