This large stone built detached villa is conveniently located in a quiet residential area of Puerto Pollensa, close to the beach and all the amenities of this popular resort. The spacious accommodation, constructed on two levels, comprises of two double bedrooms, two twin bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a separate toilet, spacious lounge / dining room and a separate fitted kitchen. Outside, a feature Pizza oven and an Ornamental Water Well compliment the mature gardens and lawns that surround the 6m x 4m swimming pool with poolside shower. There is off road parking in the driveway.

The best hikes to make in the North Mallorca are trips to the Puig de María, the Castell del Rei, Vall de Ternelles and “La Atalaia de Albercutx”. Also the Formentor Peninsula offers some lovely excursions, to the mountains Na Blanca and En Fumat for Example. Or visit one of the isolated bays, such as Cala Boquer, Cala Sant Vicenç or Cala Castell, these you can also find on the peninsular of Formentor.
