Open-plan ground floor of 50 sqm: sitting area, dining with fireplace and open-plan living area with fully equipped kitchen. 3 bedrooms : one with 4?6? double bed and shower room (suitable for handicapped people), one with 4?6? double bed and a 90cm single bed, one with four 90cm single beds (two are bunk beds). 1 bathroom, 3 WCs upstairs. Covered terrace with garden furniture and barbecue for summer evenings. Enclosed 1000sqm garden. EQUIPMENT Dishwasher, oven, microwave, gas hob, fridge-freezer, ironing board, hoover. fireplace Washing machine and tumble dryer are in the communal laundry room. Full baby equipment.
