The Studio is in a chic area of La Spezia where there are boutiques, coffee shops and other unusual small shops. It is near to the main shopping area and train station and bus stop. The roof terrace is great for dining and sunbathing, overlooking the the see and the roofs of the city. Typical place to spend a nice vacation just a few km away from such a big tourist place as Lerici, Portovenere, '5 terre', la Lunigiana, Sarzana and Portofino. Renovated on January 2009 with classical furniture, the accommodation is the best place to spend holidays in. The house has 1 big room with a sofabed, kitchen and 1 bathroom with shower, bookshelves, tv, internet connection. Summer holiday can be cultural holiday too.

The region offers vast beaches providing full services, archaeological, beautiful walks in the Natural Park of Portofino and ' 5 terre'. In the very famous 'Trattorie' you can eat the typical Italian food.
