The highly comfortable apartment is situated on the 2end floor in a new constructed residence (2009), situated on a top location, 20 meters from the see, the beach and the promenade. On walking distance there are plenty of excellent food stores, luxury boutiques, nice shops, small restaurants and the casino. In the residence there is an individual closed parking garage. From the parking garage you can reach the apartment with an elevator. The apartment is equipped for maximum 4 guests- no smoking and no animals ? and offers a great comfort. In the apartment there is a great living with open kitchen and cooking island, a washing area, hall, 2 bedrooms, a bath room, a shower room, 2 toilets, a balcony on the front side and a terrace on the back side.
