Provencal 2-storey villa with stunning view of the Cap Ferrat, located in the Eze village between Nice and Monaco. Three bedrooms upstairs with view of the sea. Kitchen, dining room, living room on the ground floor. Terraces of 70m2. Entirely enclosed ground of 1000m2 planted with olive trees. You will stay in an old family house entirely renovated. It is a detached house very peaceful, a few minutes away from the shops.
