Available all year long, on the hillside, not overlooked, with a splendid 180° view of Vallée de l'Isle, next to a private forest, where you can enjoy fishing and boat tours. You will enjoy a complete quiet environment in this house situated in Gironde, ideal for family or friend reunions, large living room, familial table for 10 persons, either in the warm kitchen with fireplace (wood provided), or on the terrace situated just outside the gated pool. Large bedrooms with beautiful family furniture. Many hiking tracks, under cover and through the vineyard, tourist train rides, garden furniture, well-kept sun loungers and sun umbrellas, barbecue, swing, board games, television, 15 min from Libourne and from St Emilion, 40 min from Bordeaux, abbey-church of Guîtres and its organs and concerts, wine tasting in the castles' wine cellars.
