A lovely flat (30m?, 2 rooms for 4 people), completely renovated in 2006, clear and calm, it is situated on the 6th floor with lift in a 19th century building which has been entirely renovated. Ideally placed in the center of Paris, this apartment is situated 5mn on foot from Gare du Nord and Gare de l'Est railway stations, 10 mn from Saint Martin Canal and Pigalle, and only 15 mn from Montmartre, Opera and Lafayette Galeries.

  • Prices varies depending on the lenght of rental.
  • Charges included
  • Damage deposit : 400 €
  • Reservation deposit : 30% of the rental price.
  • Tariffs are indicated for 2 persons. An extra is asked for a 3-4 people renting: 90 euros per night; 540 euros per week.
    Sheets and towels are provided. Pets are not welcome, and it is forbidden to smoke in the apartment. After agreement, a booking contract is sent to you, and will be send back signed and accompanied with the deposit (30 per cent of the total amount of the rent). The payment can be made by international credit transfer or by cheque. The balance will be deposited the day of the arrival, and a 400 euros guarantee, which will be given back to you the day of the departure. An optional extra for cleaning (50 euros) is asked if the apartment is not restored in the same state of cleaning that it was the day of the arrival in the place.

It leads to the bathroom.
