Sunny, large windows with views, the great outdoors. Large garden (5000m2) with maritime pines. Peaceful, no one opposite. Larger part of cottage contains: living room with TV, Home cinema, DVD, Hifi, fireplace. Kitchen area with all mod-cons (LV, hot plates, multifunction oven, microwave, fridge, freezer...). Two bedrooms (1 double, 2 singles). Bathroom with bath, approved hydro-massage shower. Washing machine, dryer, iron...Games room with table football, table tennis, bicycle hire. Children's games, balcony, trampoline.

Location: Seine-Maritime in France

Cottage less than 30km (18 miles) from main transport routes (motorway, railway, airport...). Cottage ideally situated in Etretat: near the beach (200m) as well as the town centre (200m) putting a buffer between the noise of the town traffic and the residential district reserved for Etretat's larger properties. All shopping facilities, pharmacy, market...Panoramic view from the property of the sea and the cliffs between the trees , or completely interrupted from the garden. Surrounding landscaped garden of 5000m2, wooded with local trees and the last of the centenary maritime pines of the county. We have been able to preserve a natural space with squirrels, gulls, rabbits...The garden also borders a park with a children's garden and long footpaths.
