Situated in its own well maintained garden the main house sleeps 6 and consists of 1 large living room, 1 kitchen/dining room, 3 bedrooms 1 of which is en suite with shower, hand basin and toilet, and1 main bathroom, which includes a hydro massage bath. Should you require extra space there is also an upstairs self contained granny flat , this has an open plan kitchen / living area, a separate bedroom which sleeps 2 which is en-suite with shower, hand basin, toilet and washing machine,the flat also has a large roof terrace with fantastic views. The property also consists of a large games room with full size pub pool table, dart board, board games, sky TV, pull out sofa bed, air conditioning, and when it gets to hot for the pool table you can take a dip in the property's own private swimming pool.

The Villa is situated on the outskirts of Fortuna,which is a typical Spanish town with peaceful streets but does offer many bars and restaurants,it is a 15 min walk into central Fortuna but only a short car drive away. The Banos De Fortuna is famous for its hot springs and offers hydrotherapy beauty treatments and other therapies associated with natural hot mineral water. For country lovers, to the south of Fortuna there is a large lake, enclosed in a nature preservation and surrounded by woods, ideal for walking or fishing. There are a number of golf courses within the Murcia region. Fortuna is on the edge of the wine growing region, therefore within the area there are many Bodegas where you can sample and buy the local wines. It is 40 min to the coast from Fortuna and the city of Murcia is 25 min away. There is also a large shopping centre within a 15 min drive of Fortuna. There are 2 airports to choose from, San Javier and Alicante.

Additional information about rental rates

  • When renting the property, you are expected to ensure that your party members act responsibly and respect the property and its contents. A security/damage deposit of £150. is required to be paid along with your balance payment to guard against any damage done to the holiday villa during your occupancy. The party leader agrees to accept full liability for all lose or damage caused by any member of there party, during the occupation of the villa and confirms that the FULL cost of repair or replacement will be met. The security deposit can be paid by cheque in which case this deposit is returned to you less the cost of any breakages, loss or damage after your holiday has ended.
  • A deposit of £100 per week is required when booking your holiday villa. As soon as this deposit is received, your booking will be confirmed, this deposit is non-refundable. The balance of the rental cost will be required 8 weeks prior to your rental period commencing.Bookings made within 8 weeks of your holiday commencing will require the full amount to be paid when the reservation is made. Payment to be made by cheque.
    There is a 100 euro charge for the clean of the villa which you pay direct to the key holder on depart,
    this is not included in the rental rates.
  • Should a cancellation be necessary then your deposit will be lost.Should the cancellation occur after the
    balance has been paid then the full amount will be lost. We strongly advise you to take out some form of
    travel/trip insurance as soon as your booking is confirmed-this should cover any cancellations for reasons beyond your control.If a client does not pay the balance when it becomes due, then we reserve the right to cancel the booking and retain the deposit. In the event of a cancellation then any security deposit already paid will be returned to you.

The property is an absolute dream..... lots of space and very relaxing. Had everything you needed. Definately recommend it to anyone and will hopefully return again. Andy, was very helpfull.

Mountain Retreat

This villa was very clean and spacious, inside and out and decorated to a high standard. The mountain views are spectacular and yet the villa is still within walking distance to the town. The pool, gazebo and garden area were enjoyed, night and day by the whole family and the games room by our teenagers.
Andy was very helpful and always available when needed. From showing us where the best restaurants were to keeping the pool in tip top condition.
We will definitely be coming back to this villa and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to anyone who wants to get away from it all.

Peace on earth

My family and I had a wonderful time at this fantastic villa. Our party was made up of my Mum & Dad (in their 60's), my wife & I (in our 30's) and our children aged 12, 8 & 4. This villa has so much space you can always find somewhere to relax and is furnished to a very high standard. It was very much a home away from home. Andy was always on hand to help with local information which added to our enjoyment of the area. I would not hesitate to recommend this excellent villa.

The perfect retreat.

I was here last year with the family the place is absolutely amazing the kids loved the pool and the grounds are very large and spacious.The views are terrific, mountains . The eldest boys had the top apartment to them selves while we were with the younger ones downstairs.In the day time we headed out in to the village which is full of placs to eat drink. The nights were were brillaint we sat round the pool in the evenings just perfect. We are rebooking for the next year.
