The apartment is newly built in 2007 in a panoramic position quiet and sunny. Not only for summer holiday but is indicated for all the year because the weather in Imperia is always good. The apartment is for a romantic holiday. It is suitable for a family with child. The apartment has a private garden with independent entrance and personal parking place. Gigi & Carla Lazzarini live in the same garden and can help if you need information or only want to talk. Pets are allowed. The sheet and bed linens are extra service.We will 'meet and greet' you at the property, show you around and answer any of your questions. We are also contactable during your stay should you have any queries (we live a few doors along so we are always handy). All these services (including the cleaning) are included in the rental rate.

what you can say. is a fantastic place: people that came in villa lazzarini say that is more beautifull that in picture. is not possible to make see how is nice this place. great view of hill . quite quite quite. excellent for a relax holiday. imperia is a small city with a perfect weather. sea is blue and clear. what i can say more . it's a fantastic place. try it and then say me if i wrong.

A super holiday at Villa Lazzarini, Imperia, Italy

My family (two adults, two children now aged 13 and 10) stayed in the Lazzarini's apartments for three consecutive summer holidays in 2005,2006,2007. What greater a recommendation! The apartments are located within a villa on the hillside overlooking Imperia from where there are magnificant panoramic views - a wonderful and peaceful place to relax out on the balcony with a glass of wine and watch the sunset in the evening. During the day the beach beckons. There are several private, well-kept beaches with amenities nearby so you can vary your location. There is also a public beach. There are local markets most days either in Imperia or closeby villages and other tourist attractions to tempt you (a visit to the caves, dolphin watching, and of course the famous olive oil museum are musts!).
The accommodation itself is very nice - modern, comfortable and very clean. The Lazzarini family is so hospitable and keen to attend to your every need (they speak English), so full customer service is assured.. They have two girls (aged 12 and 10 in 2009) who are keen to play with visiting children and to try our their English.

All in all, we had three very enjoyable and successful holidays there, and we are happy to recommend it.

Sehr empfehlenswert für Ruhe und Entspannung

Wir hatten im Juli 2009 Appartment Gorgia gemietet. Die Ausstattung ist nicht so umfangreich wie angegeben (Waschmaschine, Stereoanlage, Kachelofen, Kamin, Marmorfußboden sind nicht vorhanden). Der Blick von der Terasse ist herrlich (allerdings sieht man das Meer nicht). Die Freifläche sehr groß bemessen (für Kinder ideal). Das Appartment liegt in einem Haus mit zwei weiteren Appartments unterschiedlicher Größe. In der ersten Woche waren wir für uns. Das war einfach herrlich. Die Stadt Imperia ist sehr schön und bietet alles was man braucht auch in kullinarischer Hinsicht. Auch die Umgebung entlang der Küste ist wunderschön und lädt zu Exkursionen von Albenga bis Nizza ein. Sehr sehenswert ist auch Cervo. In Porto Maurizio gibt es einen kleinen freien Sandstrand, so dass man auch hier auf seine Kosten kommt.

erlebnisreicher Urlaub

Wir können uns nur dem Vorgänger anschließen und hätten da noch ein paar Anregungen. Der Ort ist ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge. Zu nennen wären da Monaco, ca.60km Autobahn, 1h Fahrzeit. Die Küstenstrasse ist zwar schöner, aber die Fahrzeit beträgt dann wenigstens 2h. Unser absolutes Highlight war Whalewatching, Schiffstour ab Porto Maurizio. Ein muß für jeden Naturfreund, Gänsehaut eingeschlossen beim Anblick der Delphine und Wale - wenn man Glück hat. Eine Fahrt ins Hinterland ist auch sehr sehenswert mit seinen vielen kleinen verträumten Dörfern und man hat einen Blick auf schneebedeckte Gipfel von Bergen über 2500m. Für Hilfe und Informationen stand uns die Vermieterfamilie stehts zur Seite.

schöne Ferien

Das Haus ist erst vor einem Jahr gebaut worden, die Wohnung war in einem Top Zustand, die Vermieter sehr sehr nett. Kinder sind Willkommen. Zum Stand oder zum einkaufen benötigt man fast ein Auto ( bei 32°C im Schatten hat man keine Lust 1,5km zu laufen) , das Haus liegt in einem mit Villen bebauten Hang, jede Menge Olivenbäume.
Der nächstgelgene Strand ist ein Stein-Kies Strand, die Wellen werden durch Wellenbrecher geschwächt. Etwas weiter entfernt in Porto-Maurizio ist ein kleiner Sandstrand und in Diano Marina ein richtig großer. Das Städtchen Imperia ist richtig urig und die Leute dort sind sehr geschäftig. Es ist nicht wirklich auf Touristen eingestellt. Es gibt zweimal in der Woche einen schönen Markt und einige schöne alte Kirchen zum Besichtigen. Es ist ein Hafen dabei an dem jeden Tag frischer Fisch geliefert wird.
Diano Marina ist mit den vielen Einkaufspassagen auf Touristen vorbereitet.
Der Urlaub war sehr erholsam - die salzige Luft und der Geruch nach richtig guten Leckereien werden niemanden zu Abnehmen bringen..lach.
Die Straßen sind sehr eng und kurvenreich, den Rollerfahrern dort macht es sichtlich Spaß. Es fährt kaum ein Auto herum, daß keinen Kratzer hat.
Machen sie sich selbst ein Bild davon, ich kann es jedenfalls weiterempfehlen und wenn ich was vergessen haben sollte so ergänzen sie es nach ihrem Besuch.
