Horta Da Avozinha is a property with 6000 m2 all enclosed by a fence with only one access, an electric gate. It is a beautiful tourist resort with large garden areas and an orchard with fruit trees-Oranges, lemons, avocadoes, grape-fruits, etc. that can be enjoyed by guests, there are also a fish pond and a children play area. The property offers all the essential ingredients for perfect family holidays a peaceful location in the unspoilt countryside of the western Algarve, easy access by car to beaches Luz 3 Km and Burgau 8 km. Nearby there are several golf courses-Bela Vista, Parque da Floresta, Palmares and Penina Golf. In the property there are two independent Villas-Villa Kimbo and Villa Avozinha. Both villas stand at opposite ends of the lovely garden, so there is no compromise of privacy. The villas have independent swimming-pools (in Villa Avozinha can be heated).We are offering the Winter Season (Nov. 08 until April 09).In summer we work with Tui-Thomson/Simplytravel.

A beautful place to relax and get away from it all

Villa Kimbo was exactly as described on the website. We were made to feel very welcome from the moment we arrived and immediately felt able to switch off from real life.
It is in a good location for touring around the Algarve and sightseeing, but we always looked forward to returning to the villa for a refreshing dip in the pool.
There are plenty of good restaurants close by and if you don't wish to venture out every night, the villa has a great built in barbecue by the pool.
We'd highly reccomend this place to anyone looking for relaxing time in the sun

Our Fabulous Family Holiday

A very enjoyable holiday with lots of pretty beaches and towns close by to visit. Also historical places of interest with picturesque views are plentyful along the coast. Beautiful scenery and a perfect location for a sun tan all day. The BBQ area was a great setting for lunch next to the pool. As a family, we really enjoyed the large spacious house.
It is an ideal location to visit the Algarve coast as it is only a short drive way.

We stayed at the villa at the end of sept 09, what a great place, the villa itself was huge and very clean, as descibed it is set in secure grounds with one other villa (which you couldn´t see from the pool area) the grounds are immaculate and the pool was very welcome after a hard days sightseeing. We did have a few problems finding the villa as it is at the end of quite a long dirt road which actually looks as if it goes nowhere but be patient!. The village of Espieche is well worth a wonder round as it is deceptively large and has some lovely little cafes and bars, we especially enjoyed the Resteraunt Fontenario at the entrance to the village, great food and friendly staff altogether a great atmosphere. I would certainly recommend this villa to my friends and will bore them silly with the video! The owners of the villa were very friendly and made sure we had all we needed.

Our Family Holiday

A lovely spacious and comfortable villa with its own large pool together with large barbacue and covered outside dining area. Ideal for families with four bedrooms and four bathrooms and two living areas. The gardens and fruit orchards are a delight and there is a play area for the children. The villa is private and secluded and you are well looked after with change of towels and villa cleaning twice a week. We received a warm welcome from Jose and Theresa. Espiche is a 5 minute drive away with a couple of good restaurants. A car is essential but there are many beautiful beaches including Dona Ana and Camilo near Lagos and Silves is well worth a visit. The sunset at Cape Vincent is well worth the drive.

The owners were very welcoming, friendly and helpful, but not obtrusive. The villa is as described and very comfortable, and the fresh oranges each day were a delight. The villa is well equipped and secluded and we were very comfortable and relaxed.

A car is essential, and its a nice area, with plenty of villages and towns within an easy drive with a great variety of restaurants to suit all tastes and budgets. Plenty of places to shop, and the supermarket i Luz will provide pretty much all you will need.

The driving was easy in Portugal, people were pleasant, good weather and we had a good time.

The place is clean and well maintained, plenty of wildlife in the vicinity, but nothing threatening.

All in all, we had a very relaxing stay and would highly recommend.
