Local style Villa with 500 m2 of private land under the trees, very quiet area. Built in 2007 with luxurious furniture. All facilities are nearby. The great dune is reachable within 600 meters. Arcachon is 3 km away. The airport and Bordeaux can be reached in 50 minutes. Visits of Arcachon bay, Bordeaux city and vineyards are possible. The beach inside the bay is safe, warm and not crowded. Three golf courses in the forest are within 15 minutes reach. Surf beaches at 7 km. 200 km of cycling paths all around the bay are available. Sailing, water skiing, etc.

The village: The property is in the forest at 200 meters to the beach near all facilities. Very touristic area, very popular in August, mainly French tourists. Second largest lake of France is within ten minutes drive. Visit of vineyards and chateaux within one hour. Spain and Pyrenees at 2 hours drive.

Golf courses: Two are hilly all surrounded by pine trees (forest, dunes). Sand courses, lakes.

Waren letztes Jahr im September da. War schon Nebensaison und deswegen recht günstig! Sehr ruhig!!! Von den sagen wir mal 50 Häusern in der Straße und Nebenstraße waren vielleicht 5 belegt. Man begegnet so gut wie niemandem! Sehr ruhig! Man kann SUPER entspannen!! Ich kann es nur empfehlen.

Der einzige Nachteil wie ich fand war der Strand direkt in der Nähe vom Haus. Wir fanden den einfach nicht schön, zu voll und Hunde waren dort nicht erlaubt. Wir sind jeden Tag ca 10 km nach Süden gefahren und hatten zur Belohnung einen menschenleeren Strand! Im Umkreis von 2-3 Km keine Menschenseele und man hört nur das Meer rauschen :-)

Das Haus war sehr schoen, gross, und alles Noetige war vorhanden. Da es noch neu ist, ist am Inventar nichts auszusetzen. Nur ein Detail: Im Bad ist nur eine Badewanne (keine Dusche), und es ist kein Duschvorhang vorhanden.

Die Umgebung ist wunderschoen - mitten in einem ruhigen Wohngebiet mit luxurioesen Haeusern. Im Juni begegnet man kaum Urlaubern. Wenn man kleine Kinder hat, die Anschluss suchen, ist es hier fast etwas zu ruhig.
