Villa Marion, apartment with gardens in the beautiful Roman Hills

The spacious nicely furnished apartment is in the beautiful Roman Hills, part of the National Park. It sleeps 2/6 people. There are two large bedrooms, Lounge with satellite TV. Fully equipped kitchen with fridge-freezer, hob, microwave, toaster ect., cool boxes, drink cooler, all you need to go on a pick-nick. A private garden with deck-chairs, barbeque, covered eating area with table and chairs. A full size ping-pong table, plenty of board games and a splash pool . The apartment is approx 15 minutes by car from two lakes ,one of which has a beach and plenty of water sports.

Situated on the highest of the hills overlooking Rome. Guests not only have the unforgettable experience of visiting the Eternal City but also the magnificent medieval towns and villages such as Nemi, Castel Gandolfo (the papal summer residence) Frascati famous for its white wine and Renaissance Villas such as Villa Mondragone, Villa Aldobanndini, Villa Tuscolana and Torlonia. Just to mention a few of the wonderful places of interest. There are plenty of pick-nic areas with wonderful walks through woodland and cross-country. The town has plenty of small shops, bars, ice-cream parlours and restaurants. Al motorway is just a 10 minute drive making Montecassino, Pompei, Naples and Sorento easy day trips. There are two lakes approx. 15 minuites drive, one of which has beaches and plenty of water sports. Horse riding is a popular sport in this area. There are golf corses, a race corse among the many activities in the area.

Children must be supervised whilst in the pool. We do not take responsibility for accidents, loss or damage to persons or personal property whilst on the premises . The pool is in use July and August ,June and September, weather permitting. Towels, beach towels, bed linen etc., are supplied. A washing machine is available. A maid service can be arranged on request. We have a service for pick-up and drop-off at airport, trips to local towns and villages, train and metro station etc., contact owner for more details.
