This beautiful villa with living space of over 200 square meters was built in 1992 in Portuguese style, but to high modern standards, with air conditioning and heating, and use of sun energy. It is located on a south facing hillside overlooking a beautiful countryside up to the ocean (20 km). It has 3 bedrooms, a studio, a very large living, dining an kitchen area in open plan-style, two terraces and a large private garden with fenced pool, slide for children.
