In a large property (2 acres) peaceful lodging is located in a part of a lovely villa nestled under venerable oaks, in the heart of the countryside just outside Aix en Provence centre, only 2,5 km away. A neatly proportioned lodging (50m2), tastefully furnished, with its own front door, and an allocated garden space. Countryside beyond garden area can enjoy your meals al fresco. Parking on the property is behind closed gates. Ideal for a couple but there is two sofa beds (80cms x 190cms) in the living area and two couples or a couple with two children can be accommodated for a stay.The living room and bedroom opens directly on the garden, It has a comfortable living area with TV and DVD plus dining and kitchen area fitted with hob, oven, fridge and microwave and washing machines. The 12m x 4m swimming pool is shared with the owners as is the large natural garden on a sunny lawn. There is a useful little supermarket, bakeries and other shops, only five minutes walk.

Cleaning on departure is at occupiers expense for an extra 40 euros; rental bike 15 euros a week , per person. A 30 per cent deposit is payable at the time of booking.This amount is no refundable All bank charges and other transfer fees are the responsibility of the client. The balance is payable immediately on arrival, plus a refundable security deposit of 500 euros for one stay.
