Very comfortable accommodation at garden level, very well fenced. glass-ceramic plate, four catalyse et mini four; TV TNT; DVD avec fourniture de films vidéo; lit, high chair and a baby bathtub, hair dryer. 25 m? terrace, swing seat, barbecue, large outside lounge and umbrella, double garage, close to all shops. Restaurant; bread , pastries, pizza and French Fries to go, 30 m away during high season. 3 markets of which two of the season, very close. Huge secured beach of des Demoiselles 800m away with children club. 4 bicycles are available, close to bicycle paths, close to the forest, Starting point of many hikes, or by bicycle on the Vendee ledge. Excursion to l'île d'Yeu, many leisure activities close by, of witch a 18 hole Golf. Our canine friends are welcomed under their owner's responsibility.
