Big romantic Villa is close to the beach with a wonderful view of the sea, the neighboring island and Mount Nevis, which is an almost 1000 m high extinct volcano. Our large porches invite you to 'lime´´. With a Gin-Tonic in the hand, one is often too lazy to rise from the hammock. You just about manage to make it into the pool. The beaches lie nearly on the doorstep and often you have it all to yourself. Snorkeling is also popular here. 3 large air-conditioned bedrooms (the fan or the steady breeze is often sufficient) make your stay comfortable. The romantic spa bathroom with the large round bath tub and underwater lighting is en suite to the master bedroom - ideal for your honeymoon. You will reach the golf course in 5 minutes and can almost reach the best sea-food restaurant by foot.

If you wish to relax, Nevis is a fantastic island. If you are looking for casinos (there is at St. Kitts, the ferry is at a distance of 1 km) and discotheques, you will not feel comfortable here. If you dream of private, beautiful beaches, amazing water, marvellous panorama, romantic restaurants in old sugar cane plantations and relaxation in a well-tended house, then you are welcome. There is live music almost every day in the Four Seasons and a terrific fish buffet at the Nisbet Plantation on Thursdays. The landscape is fantastic. One has amazing views from almost everywhere as the island is virtually an extinct volcano. You can explore the rain forest alone or take a local guide, play golf and tennis at the Four Seasons Hotel, dive with Ellis, charter a boot for fishing and do some wind surfing. Nevis also has something historical to offer: Lord Nelson got married here and Alexander Hamilton was born here. Amiable natives round off the positive picture.

we loved the house and nevis is a fantastic island.
we loved the shower in the bathroom, when we opened the old indian door it was like having a shower outside. the pool is nice and big and with no cloride it was a joy to swim , and it is private enough to skinny dip now and then. the porch was our favourite place, just lying in the hammock and what a view. the house has a lot of space and because of the vaulted ceiling everything is very airy. kitchen is well equipped , only thing we missed was a blender. a jeep was arranged for us by the manager and was needed, the drive way is steep.
the position of the house could not be better. high enough to be away from sand flies and to catch the breeze but still close enough to walk to the beach. we even walked to the "gulley pot " for the great seafood.
lots of things to do, we visited all the old plantations, now hotels and restaurants. we even spend the day at "golden rock "where we walked the rain forest and had a swim in their pool .
the bands playing at different locations like "qualie " and "nisbett plantation"gave us the real caribbean feeling.
we will be back.

The house was absolutely fantastic. The view was breathtaking. Our teenagers enjoyed the private pool and there was enough room for everyone to have their own space. The location was close to many great restaurants, the main town and the airport. We were really able to relax and enjoy our time in Nevis.

this house is a bargain, the rate is fantasic for what you get . 2 years ago we had a house on nevis for double the rate and not nearly as nice as toomuchnice.
taxi pick up from the airport, introdaction to the house by the manager, arranging the rental car and lots of tips from the owners made this an easy going vacation.
the maid kept the big house remarkable clean, a few leaves in the pool were quickly taken out too. we will come back - for sure :-)

Lives Up To Its Name

Too Much Nice Nevis...yes indeed this describes the house well. We have stayed at many rentals all over the world and I have to stay this is the best we have ever experienced. First of all the house is newly constructed so there are no issues with the condition of the facilities. Situated in a private location high on a hill you have sweeping views of the ocean, St. Kitts and around the side porch to Nevis Peak. The ocean breezes always keep you cool as you laze away on the huge wide porches that wrap the entire house. We enjoyed the awesome sunsets directly in front of us and each night used the owner provided telescope to gaze at the stars. The house is very well equipped and as a architect I have to say I was amazed by the attention to detail in the design of the house. There is lots to do and see on Nevis but our most enjoyable moments were enjoying just lounging around the pool each afternoon. If you are looking for a romantic, private, well equipped rental I would say this is the perfect place for you.

Perfect Island Get Away

This house surpassed our expectations. Newly renovated and featuring all the comforts of a permanent residence, anyone renting this house will not be disappointed. Deck has a great view, walking in proximity of house is easy and not heavily traveled. Town, restaurants, airport are all a manageable driving distance. We will definitely be back.
