It was completely restored, is independent and surrounded by centuries-old pine and cypress trees which adorn a large adjoining partly terraced garden. It is located on the hills surrounding Montespertoli, the city of Chianti wine. It has a wonderful view upon the vineyards and olive-trees hills. This Tuscan villa is disposed on 2 floors and its extension is approximately 250 m² and 300 m² respectively. There is a terrace-solarium with covered loggia and portico and 5000 m² of park/garden. Distances are: 3 km: from Montespertoli with any kind of shops, banks, post office. It is 12 miles from Florence, 16 miles from S.Gimignano, 25 miles from Siena, 40 miles from Pisa.

The bathroom-hall is elegantly furnished in pink colours with English porcelain. The kitchen - living room is on the ground floor, where we can also find the entrance hall, a large living/dining area with fireplace in French red marble. On this floor we also find the kitchen, fully equipped with all the comforts such as dishwasher, microwave-oven, oven, etc. On the first floor, we find a pretty living/ reading room. Telephone, television, washing machine and iron are at disposal.

The Commune of Montespertoli covers an area of 125.02 km², over some of the characteristic hills of Central Tuscany, which form part of the Chianti area. The chief town is located 257 metres above sea level, 25 km from Florence and is equidistant from the tourist centres of San Gimignano, Siena, Pisa and Volterra. The climate, in spite of exposure to all winds, is mild. Continuous and free ventilation keeps the air pure and healthy. Montespertoli, with its vineyards, cellars and the Chianti Show, is one of the Tuscan wine capitals. Historically, the wine, as well as the oil and bread, have always been one of its most important features, and is well - known in the region. The Commune is endowed with an efficient road network and with a series of refreshment places, featuring typical Tuscan cooking, a Tourist Information Office (headquarters of the Pro-Loco).
