Luxurious villa with a panoramic view on the Bay of Cannes.It is equipped with the air conditioning in all the rooms.The furniture has been chosen with much care and the rooms are cosy and roomy.ON the first floor there is a large bedroom with a lounge and a bathroom , a suite .The overflowing pool is equipped with an alarm.You have several terraces and a solarium on the top floor .Not far from the villa you have numerous golf courses (Grasse, Cabris, Les Terres Blanches ....)and picturesque villages. It's just 35 minutes away from the Nice airport and 20 minutes from the beach in Cannes.You are not far from Juan les Pins, Mougins ,Biot;ST Paul de Vence...... The consumption of electricity will be added to the rent according to your consumption from September and in summer if you use air conditioning. All the year round the weather is fine and you can always enjoy your lunch on the terraces well sheltered from the winds and in full sun all day lon

Notes: Close to the pool a pool house with toilets and sink and all the necessary equipement for the pool (mattresses,parasols chaises longues etc...) At the moment in the end of September the pool is still enjoyable 24 degrees!
