At the foot of the hilltop village of Dauphin, we welcome you to our holiday house constructed in 2006 and accredited with three stars by the ?Gites de France?. The house is 70 m2 and is situated on an 850 m2 property with a private entrance. The house is air-conditioned and can accommodate 67 people in 3 bedrooms. On the large covered terrace facing south you will enjoy breakfast or a drink at the end of the day accompanied by dinner cooked on the outsidLe Figuier is available for rental all year round with the benefit of a heated swimming pool (6 m X 3 m) from April to September and air-conditioning in summer. A laptop computer with unlimited access to the Internet is also available for the Web surfers. A landline telephone is also available with a large number of free calls Families with children are welcome and we are happy to provide additional equipment for babies on request eg: cot, high chair, bottle warmer, change mat, baby bath and bath ring.

The village of Dauphin, conveniently located in the ''Alpes de Haute Provence'' region Within 45 min drive The Gorges du Verdon is a unique natural wonder in Europe which was listed as a National Park in 1997. The gorge is a major tourist destination within the Provence region and is known for numerous water activities, bush walking and peaceful environment by its lake Aix en Provence, the old capital of Provence, is a centre of cultural excellence and is also known for its numerous fountains and diamond shaped almond sweets (calissons). The town has provided inspiration to many great writers and painters: Guigou, Stendhal, Mistral, Zola et Cézanne. It also has a rich architectural heritage with well preserved historical buildings. Every summer, Aix en Provence hosts the "Festival International d'Art Lyrique et de Musique" which brings together renowned musical artists.

Outdoor table and chairs, lounge chairs, outdoor umbrella and clothes horse are also provided on the terrace. The Lounge Room : The lounge room has a fold-out sofa bed. The entertainment area includes a TV with TNTsatellite connection, a video and DVD players, Xbox , HiFi , numerous books and board games. A computer with unlimited access to the internet and a telephone are also provided. However, for your convenience you may also use your personal computer with WiFi connection. The room is fully air-conditioned for comfort during the hot Provencal summer days.
