Villetta Mary is actually the bottom half of a detached house, in a small complex of seven buildings totalling 15 apartments. Completed in 2003. Fitted out to a very high standard; beautiful stone floors in rustic style; light and airy throughout. There is a small private garden on three sides of the building. The forth side opens out from the kitchen-living area directly onto a private terrace-patio with lovely sea views. The shared pool is at the rear of the apartment.

San Costanzo is the nearest village, 700 meters. Fano - 15 mins drive. Urbino - the epitome of Italian culture - 1 hr drive. Assisi - 2 hrs drive. Gubbio - wonderful old hillside town 1 and half hours drive. San Marino - the oldest republic in the world - tax free - 1 hr drive.. Loreto - town of the 'Black Madonna - 1 hr drive. Venice - 3 hrs drive. The hillside towns of Mondavio/ Orciano / Barchi are within 20 mins drive. So much culture in Le Marche!Supermarket / Bank / ATM machine/ Post office / Chemist / Bar etc in San Costanzo Restaurant, 'Rolando' in the village is famous for its regional cuisine. Plenty of seafood restaurants / pizzerias etc along the coastline. The market in Fano on wednesday/ Saturday mornings is a must. (clothes/ fruit/fresh fish)Access to the closest beach (Ponte Sasso/ Marotta), is 5 kilometers. Nice sandy beaches.

    25% DEPOSIT to secure a booking to be paid into our bank account the balance to be paid into the same account 6 weeks before arrival.
    CANCELLATION POLICY Once the deposit has been paid and you need to cancel your booking if we are able to rent out the property for the week/s you cancelled we will refund your deposit if however we are not able to rent out the property we will be obiged to keep the amount therefore we recommend that you take out an insurance policy to cover yourself in this eventuality.

Je voulais passer quelques jours au calme, près de la mer sans avoir les inconvénients de la foule circulant à la côte. Et j'ai bien fait de choisir cet appartement très accueillant pour un prix très raisonnable. Un site très calme, reposant pour des personnes de mon âge. Pas de problème, il est bien équipé. De plus, la région est splendide et il faut la visiter. Ce n'est pas visible sur les photos, mais cela en vaut la peine. Pour moi, 10/10

Wir haben im August/September 2009 hier gewohnt und können diese Wohnung ohne jede Einschränkung nachdrücklich empfehlen. Alles ist sauber,die Ausstattung hochwertig und sehr geschmackvoll, die Waschmaschine ist Gold wert, der Ausblick auf das Meer von der Terrasse traumhaft, der Pool gepflegt und bei unserem Sohn (4) der Hit gewesen. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Sie wohnen in der Nähe und kommen bei Problemen auch durchaus vorbei. In der Nachbarschaft ist es ruhig. Praktisch ist auch die Lage und Verkehrsanbindung für Ausflüge in die wunderschönen Marken und nach Umbrien, das ohnehin keiner Empfehlung bedarf.
Für Kinder mit Ritter-Faible gibt es einige Burgen (Gradara, Mondavio) zu besichtigen. Das Kinderzimmer hat ein Stockbett. Die Entfernung zum Meer (10 min mit dem Auto) ist gut zu bewältigen. Alles in allem: für einen perfekten Urlaub unbedingt zu empfehlen!

Wir haben gerade einen 2-wöchigen Urlaub in diesem Haus genossen und können es wärmstens weiter empfehlen: Sehr gepflegte und geräumige Wohnung mit guter Austattung, darunter auch ein Backofen und eine Waschmaschine, die wir sehr gern mitbenutzt haben.

Es gibt viele Ausflugsziele in der Nähe, so dass ein kurzweiliger Urlaub gesichert ist.
