Casa Marisa è situato nel borgo rurale di Banzena, nel cuore della magnifica area verde del Casentino. Vicino alla casa, la montagna sacra della Verna, Pratomagno, il monte Falterona e il Parco Nazionale delle Foreste Casentinesi. Il centro di Bibbiena (capoluogo storico e commerciale della valle) è a soli 7 km di distanza. L'ingresso della Casa Marisa si affaccia su un balcone con uno scorcio di tipica campagna toscana. Dal lato del balcone è un fresco giardino su due livelli collegati da una bella scalinata. Il giardino è perfettamente attrezzato per mangiare all'aperto, con una vite grande pergolato coperto di uva, un forno a legna e un barbecue. La casa ha un salotto con camino arredata con poltrone in vimini, una cucina con un tavolo, una dispensa. Al primo piano ci sono due piacevoli camere matrimoniali con vista panoramica, una con un piccolo balcone così, e il bagno con doccia.

Casa Marisa is located in the ancient rural suburb of Banzena, in the middle of the magnificent green area of Casentino. Near the house, the sacred mountain of the Verna, Pratomagno, the Falterona mountain and the National Park of the Casentinesi forests. The centre of Bibbiena (the main historical and commercial town of the valley) is just 7 km away. The entrance of Casa Marisa leans out on a balcony with a splendid foreshortening of the typical Tuscan country. By side of the balcony is a fresh garden on two levels linked by a beautiful staircase. The garden is perfectly equipped for outside dining, with a great vine-trellis covered by grape, a wood oven and a barbecue. The house has a sitting room with fireplace furnished with slacker in wickers, a kitchen with a table, a dispensa. On the first floor there are two pleasant double bedrooms with panoramic sight, one with a small balcony as well, and the bathroom with shower.
