New luxury 4 bedroom villa built of traditional Istrian stone with own pool located on a hillside with stunning views over Motovun and the surrounding countryside. Beautifully decorated inside with fully fitted kitchen and satellite TV, DVD and music system. Outside features include a wonderful covered dining area for alfresco eating along with built in stone BBQ. Located close to all amenities and local restaurants serving wonderful grilled fish and meats and of course locally made wine. Truffles are the specialty of the area. Close to Motovun, the stunning famous medieval hilltop town where you will find arts and crafts and a short drive from lively Porec with it's beaches and many nightclubs, restaurants, sport facilities, sailing, diving etc. Explore some of the fishing villages like Rovinj or take a day trip from there or Porec to Venice [2 hours high speed]. Or take a boat trip around the islands. Pula with its amphitheatre has live concerts. Wild life parks are around, too.
