To preserve the rural character of the site the owner chose not to build a swimming pool. There are several pools and thermal spas nearby: Chianciano, Bagno Vignoni, Bagni San Filippo and Rapolano are no more than half hour's drive away. There are three swimming pools within 10km, and tennis courts, horse riding and mountain bike hire nearby.
