Situated in the south of Mallorca, 16 minutes by car to the beaches of Es Trenc, Ses Covetes, Sa Ràpita and Sa Coloni. Distance to the airport: 35 km. House with private pool and a large garden. It is more a rustic house of Majorcan style. New construction and consists of 200 square meters.
