Full of style, this villa benefits from a privileged location in the 'Golden Triangle', close to the Lighthouse(150m), the town centre and the beach. You can get around by foot or by bike (by arrangement)and take lovely strolls in the forest. There are cultural and sporting activities all year round: 3 golf courses by the sea and in the forest(18,18,9), tennis (outdoor clay courts and indoor courts), equestrian centre, horses races, swimming pool, thalassa, 2 marinas. An amusement and childrens park, zoo (Parc Bagatelle at Merlimont).There are lots of tourist attractions: baie et vallée de la Canche, Marquenterre bird sanctuary, vallée de l'Authie, vallée de la Course, the French National Sea experience centre (Nausica in Boulogne) and the fishing centre in Etaples, the ramparts and walled town of Montreuil. The garden of the villa is closed. There is a bed settee in the living room for 2 people, so 8 people can stay. Heating costs are not included. Rental 7 days minimum
